Return Policy

We have a 14 day return policy from when you receive your order. Items can be refunded or exchanged for another style/size.

Refunds

We hope you love your new accessories however if you need to return you are able to within 14 days of receiving your order.
All returned items must be returned in the original condition, they must not be worn or show any sign of use. Packaging must be in the same condition it arrived in. Returns that are received in an unsuitable condition will not be accepted.

Please note: unless the product is faulty or damaged, you are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exchanges

Please make sure you measure your pet and always double check sizing before placing an order. If you are unsure, please email us and we will be happy to help!

If you need a different size, email fullbodywaggle@gmail.com and we can arrange an exchange for you.

Please note: you will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Damages and issues with the product

Please inspect the product(s) before use and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. It is your responsibility to check the usability of the product.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return we will contact you to let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for the payment to come through.
